Abstract

|
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH- encompasses a family of inherited disorder, involving in each instance a deficiency of one several enzymes in the pathway required for normal adrenal steroidogenesis. Unlike classical CAH, which presents at
birth
with virilization, late-onset CAH become manifest in women only after puberty by causing variable degrees of hirsutism. We presented a case of late-onset congenital adrenal hyperplasia with secondary amenorrhea and clitorial hypertrophy.
